One of North Texas’ largest commercial real estate brokerages is opening a new office at The Union development in Uptown Dallas.
Transwestern has inked a lease for 21,000 square feet at the project, located at Cedar Springs Road and Field Street, writes the Dallas Morning News. The company plans to relocate its regional office from the Providence Towers along the Dallas North Tollway to its new space at The Union next spring.
